LiuGong Latin America held its dealer meeting during December 2nd and 3rd.
The event was hosted in the cities of Campinas and Mogi Gua?u, S?o Paulo, Brazil, where one of LiuGong’s three overseas manufacturing facilities is located.
With the theme of “New Round of Growth”, LiuGong Latin America used the meeting to review results from 2019 with its dealers and highlight its strategy and expectationsfor 2020. The event was attended by more than 55 people from more than nine countriesin the Latin America region. Items such as people, product, marketing, service, parts and logistic, market behavior and management tools were addressed.
During the event, Mr. Dawei He, President of LiuGong Latin America, reinforced the long-term committed vision of LiuGong to Latin America and presented key strategy investments made in 2019 and the restructured business model for the coming years, in order to develop LiuGong’s profile into an new phase with faster and healthier growth together with its partners. In addition, experts from the CE industry shared their experiences on how to invest in a growing brand like LiuGong in terms of professional distribution setup and CRM systems.
One of the most interesting speeches came from Tracsul Company, Brazil,who shared their impressive experience selling 60 LiuGong excavators in 7 months this year, which surprised and motivated all the dealers.
The dealer meeting marked its second day by holding the opening ceremony of the Demo Garden, located in LiuGong’s manufacturing plant in Mogi Gua?u, S?o Paulo, Brazil.
The garden is a dedicated area for machine testing, training, exhibitions and to receive dealers and customers during demo events.
During the event, demos with wheel loaders, excavators, motor graders, rollers and skid steer loaders were held in the garden. The focus was to show some of the key products launched in 2019 in the Latin America market such as the 4180D motor grader, 848H wheel loader and the 6612E roller, along with machines specially configured for forestry and quarry applications, such as wheel loaders 835H, 856H and excavators 922E and 936E.
Dealers were motivated by the event, the investment to restructure the business and the quality of the team.
